This award foundation is $69. Is Armani Beauty Luminous Silk worth the high price? 

This foundation has won many awards and made it to the top of many beauty lists for top foundation. I have been using this foundation for over an year. I have bragged about the results several times in my blog posts and my instagram. Armani Luminous silk is a foundation that I share with my readers because I believe in the results. I loved it the first time I used and love it each time I have used it. I have been using the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Concealer and Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Glow Setting Powder for over a year together. One thing about the Luminous Silk Powder is that this is the only powder that I have reached the bottom of the Pan because I love it so much. This high end foundation uses ingredients of great quality that provides great results. This foundation helps me achieve a luminous glow with an airbrushed finish that is oil-free.

I have combination skin that is also Acne-Prone. I feel like my skin can be on the dull side. I also have issues with my foundation streaking and looking cakey when I try to achieve a full coverage. My first experience with this foundation was amazing. I usually have to get used to a foundation before I love it. It felt amazing on my skin and blending so easily. I used different blending tools to test how well this foundation blends with each tool. It looked beautiful and natural with each tool that I used. My favorite is using my hands or a fluffy brush for an airbrush finish. 

I have used this foundation at least once a week and the love the results each time. The luminous Silk foundation provides great results no matter how hard I am working. It works hard with me. I feel like I can go a shade darker these days as my skin tan during the summer. Products that provides a glow usually enhances my uneven skin texture and wrinkles. This foundation gives my skin a natural luminous glow that evens out my skin texture providing a smooth finish. Giorgio Armani Beauty luminous silk would be great for mature skin. 

How do you apply Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk?

I like to prep my skin first because I always say great makeup starts with great skin. I do my skincare regimen, apply my primer, 3.75 Giorgio Armani foundation and concealer. One plump is good for me when I do not need as full of a coverage. I apply one layer first and apply on prepped skin. I start from the middle of my face and blend outwards. Use a fluffy blending brush or sponge for an airbrush finish. I like to apply any cream/liquid makeup such as blush or highlighter before applying my powder.

Is Armani Luminous Silk Full Coverage?

The foundation is a medium coverage that can be built up upon to create more coverage. You can apply the foundation lightly to create a lightweight coverage if you desire a lighter coverage. 

Is Armani Luminous Silk dewy?

The foundation offers a natural dewy finish that doesn't appear oily or shiny on my skin. It looks like a natural, healthy glow. 

Does Armani Luminous Silk oxidize? 

I have been wearing and testing the Giorgio Armani Luminous silk in different situations. I have work this foundation in hot weather, cold weather and anything in between. I have work hard as well as relaxed wearing the Luminous silk. The Armani foundation hasn't oxidized in any of these situations. 

How long does Armani Luminous Silk Lasts?

I have been using this foundation for over a year as a constant foundation rotation. This foundation lasts all day for me. As previously stated, I have extensively tested this foundation in many environments to test out different benefits of the foundation. This foundation as even tested through a hard workout. It didn't streak or fade on my skin. It has great lasting power.
